Madhan Masilamani PhD: University of Konstanz, Konstanz, Germany MSc: JIPMER, Pondicherry Present Lab/Inst: LAD/NIAID I was born and brought up in sub-urb Chennai, Tamilnadu. After my M.Sc. at JIPMER, I joined ICGEB, New Delhi for a short while and then moved to Germany for my Ph.D. Came to US on the summer of 2003 as a Visiting fellow in the laboratory of allergic diseases, NIAID. Currently I am working on NK cell receptor trafficking and NK cell immunological synapse. Area of interest: Immunology and Cell Biology. I am good at immunostainings, confocal microscopy, FACS, MACS, and Lipid raft isolation in addition to routing techniques such as Immunoprecipitation, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot etc.
